Terms & Conditions
By engaging Reinmark Commercial Cleaning (“Reinmark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for cleaning services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Reinmark provides commercial cleaning services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal, service agreement, or written communication. Services are limited to those specifically listed and do not include tasks outside the agreed scope unless approved in writing.
2. Walkthroughs, Estimates & Pricing
All walkthroughs and quotes are provided at no obligation. Pricing is based on the condition, size, layout, frequency, and specific requirements of the space at the time of inspection. Prices may be adjusted if conditions change or if additional services are requested.
3. Access to Premises
The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises during scheduled service times. Reinmark is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by lack of access, locked areas, alarm issues, or unsafe conditions.
4. Safety & Hazardous Conditions
Reinmark does not provide biohazard, medical-grade, or hazardous waste cleanup unless explicitly agreed in writing. The Client must disclose any hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, or sensitive environments prior to service. Reinmark reserves the right to refuse or suspend service if conditions pose a safety risk.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or confidential items

Ensure floors, surfaces, and workspaces are reasonably accessible

Notify Reinmark of any special care instructions or restricted areas
Reinmark is not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special handling.
6. Quality Assurance & Reporting
Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning. Reinmark will make reasonable efforts to address verified issues. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of services rendered.
7. Damage & Liability
Reinmark will take reasonable care while performing services. Liability for proven damages caused directly by Reinmark’s negligence is limited to the cost of the affected service visit. Reinmark is not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing damage

Improperly installed fixtures or furniture

Electronics, wiring, or equipment malfunction

Loss of items not secured by the Client
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reinmark’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question. Under no circumstances shall Reinmark be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Eco-Friendly Products
Eco-friendly or low-odor products may be used upon request. Effectiveness may vary depending on surface type and conditions. Reinmark makes no guarantees regarding specific environmental certifications unless expressly stated in writing.
10. Scheduling, Cancellations & Service Interruptions
The Client agrees to provide reasonable notice for schedule changes or cancellations. Reinmark reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, staffing, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. Reinmark reserves the right to charge reasonable late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. Reinmark reserves the right to terminate services immediately for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, or breach of these terms.
13. Independent Contractor Status
Reinmark operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which services are provided.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Reinmark Commercial Cleaning, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
